Management of Long-Term Support/Education Support for the Children of Dead and Missing Workers of Tazreen Fashion
In January 2015, C&A Foundation and Li & Fung Foundation jointly set up a trust fund, the Tazreen Factory Victim Workers’ Children Welfare Fund (TCWF) to provide financial support covering basic needs for the 89 children of missing or deceased workers from the 2012 Tazreen factory disaster in Bangladesh

C&A Foundation Better Mills Initiative Evaluation
The Better Mills Initiative (BMI) was launched in 2013 by Solidaridad, in partnership with C&A and H&M among others, in order to improve the sustainability performance of textile wet processing in the fashion supply chain in China. C&A Foundation co-funded this initiative. The evaluation took place from October 2016 to March 2017.
External Evaluation of the Global Humanitarian Partnership between C&A Foundation, C&A and Save the Children
In 2015, the Global Humanitarian Partnership was formed between C&A Foundation, C&A and Save the Children (SC) and focused on humanitarian response and disaster risk reduction (DRR). The progamme was assessed on four areas, the partnership, humanitarian response, DRR and children's rights and business principles.

The partnership with Centro de Apoio e Pastoral do Migrante (CAMI) began in 2013 and remains active until today. This independent evaluation took place between April and July 2017 and had a dual role: on the one hand, to analyse its relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability, and on the other, to identify strategic lessons to improve the partnership and inform future initiatives.
Missão Paz
The partnership with Missão Paz began in 2006 and remains active until today. This independent evaluation took place between April and July 2017 and had a dual role: on the one hand, to analyse its relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability, and on the other, to identify strategic lessons to improve the partnership and inform future initiatives.

The Store Giving Programme (SGP) was established in 2006 and is active in 21 countries across Europe where C&A operates. Since 2011, it has been funded and administratively supported by C&A Foundation and implemented by C&A
Center for Effective Philanthropy analysis and benchmark
At the end of 2016, The Centre for Effective Philanthropy (CEP) was commissioned to conduct a “Grantee Perception Survey” on the C&A Foundation. Approximately, 47 partners highlighted both the positive and negative aspects of working with C&A Foundation and the areas for improvement.
Yo Quiero, Yo Puedo, Mexico
The Yo Quiero, Yo Puedo (YQYP) initiative was funded by Fundacion C&A, Mexico and implemented by the Mexican Institute for Family and Population Research (Yo Quiero Yo Puedo - IMIFAP). It aimed to empower more than 2,500 employees (workers and mid-level supervisors) within Mexican apparel factories between 2014 and 2016.
Employee Volunteering Programme, Brazil
Since 1991, Instituto C&A and C&A Brazil have implemented the Employee Volunteering Programme (EVP). It engages around 2,500 C&A employees in almost 300 business units, in 120 cities, across 25 of the 26 Brazilian states.The independent evaluation assessed the last programme cycle (2013-2015) and took place between March and September 2016.
Networks and Alliances Programme, Brazil
Phase Two of the Network and Alliances Programme (NAP) introduced by Instituto C&A Brazil supported eight networks for three years (2013-2015). The objective was to 'promote the cooperation, convergence and multiplication of efforts between organisations and people to help children and adolescents in Brazil, especially related to education.' The independent evaluation took place in the second half of 2016.

The C&A Foundation commissioned Impactt – a consultancy specialising in ethical trade, human rights, and labour standards – to look at the socio-environmental impact of the dramatic growth of Myanmar's garment industry.
Clean Cotton
Clean Cotton (Without Child Labour and Exploitation) [CCWCLE] was initiated in September 2011 in the Indian state of Gujarat, for a period of three years and covering 25 villages. CCWCLE was implemented by terre des hommes (Tdh), Germany, and two local partners – Anandi (Area Networking and Development Initiatives) and Ganatar – with funding from C&A Foundation. The external evaluation covered the period 2011-2015.
